My boyfriend and I were discussing a movie that we vaguely remember from when we were younger. The only detail we can remember is that there was a woman who stuck her nails into a person's neck to take control of their mind and their eyes change colour during the process (maybe?).
Sorry for the unbelievably vague details but we were hoping somebody on reddit would have an idea of what we're talking about and google has yielded no results.
