They all have a copilot in each jet. When Cougar had his panic attack, Maverick had to “fly him in.” What’s the point of having a copilot if they couldn’t land the jet? I’m having a hard time understanding that, or was that just some added Hollywood flare to throw in the movie.
In the same breath, looking very forward to Top Gun being released this year. Unfortunately is got pushed back to December. Top Gun has such a summer vibe to it. I guess the Southern Hemisphere will enjoy it in all its summertime glory.
