So, I'm going to see my mum on the 1st of July. I live with my dad most the time, and I haven't actually seen my mum since January. (I do alevels in a different country with my dad). I've really really missed her and have been dying to see her for a long time. I was supposed to go and see her for my 18th but it was in April so obviously I couldn't. When I see her again, I really really want to give her a huge hug. But of course, Covid-19 is happening right now. She lives in England and there's a lot more cases there than here. I also have to self isolate for 14 days, so can I not hug her for 2 weeks? I know I don't have Covid (there are about 5 cases in the region I live) and she's been careful too. If I hug her when I see her will we get told off and taken to a quarantine facility?
