I’m a Big Burt Lancaster fan. I’ve seen pretty much all his movies and they are all very diverse. However one of my favorite films of his and in general is the WW2 action film The Train. It’s a really gritty and thrilling film with a good message about war and the cost of human life. The original director was Arthur Penn but alabaster replaced him with his frequent collaborator John Frankenheimer
