As you can guess, I’m not a US citizen, so I always wondered why most (if not all) celebrities are known and referred to by their first and last name, skipping their middle name entirely. Also, is it disrespectful to call them by their middle name? BTW, I’m pretty sure the US is not the only country that does this, but it’s just the most common example that came to my mind. Thanks.
