Hi guys, I have a dilemma where most nights I drink a few glasses of wine and due to the stressors of Covid, I haven’t been sleeping well. I’ve purchased some sleeping pills and it says to avoid alcohol. I’m having a hard time deciding between the two, and would like to know if anyone else has experienced something similar? If so, what did you do?
