I was standing under my can lights and was really feeling the heat being produced from the bulb. So I asked my wife if it would be worth it to switch to LED (because it’s summer and we are switching to LED slowly anyways) even though the PAR flood light haven’t burned out yet. Anyways, she says “no, winter will be here soon enough, then we will want the heat, right?” So I axe ya...is it MOST efficient (energy and/or money) to match light bulbs with the season...LED in the summer, incandescent or PAR flood lights in the winter?
