So I purchased the SKYWALKER saga a few months back as a gift for my fiancé and just gave it to her recently. We started watching them and almost every one of the movies stutters then freezes around the 50 minute mark. I’ve contacted both bestbuy and Disney just trying to get an exchange, but both are refusing to help me as it has been more than 30 days. Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
