Off the top of my head I would say the scene at the birthday party in Signs is a big one, like who the heck didn't rewind and pause that a bunch of times lol I admit I also paused and went frame by frame in hereditary when the little girl lost her head. There was a lot of pausing in cabin in the woods as well .
