Hi y’all. I usually have a hard time getting new information about all things movie related.
This is because I find that a lot of media websites when they have a new post are either:
- Unreliable (Reporting someone else’s “exclusives” that are obviously fake)
- Too slow and too late (Reporting a new trailer for a movie, when this trailer came out two days ago)
- Cluttered with useless ‘news’ (I don’t give a hoot when an actor signs with a new agent)
- Reports the tiniest of details a celebrity’s personal life
- Reports politics unrelated to film (I don’t need to know an update about Kanye’s presidential candidacy)
I could always look at this sub for the news being posted, but not everything gets upvoted. I could always sort by new, but that falls under “Cluttered with useless news”, but also this sub is more than just news, there is questions (like this one!) and fun discussions so sorting by new isn’t too effective for the news.
So I am just wondering, what do you people use? What website(s) do you visit to get the latest and relevant news regarding movies and the industry?
