The first time the virus happened wasnt it Jeffrey that caused it since he was the one that said "hey watch it" when he bumped into young James. However, the second time it was no longer Jeffrey but instead the assistant scientist.
At what point did they changed the timeline? Was it when James went into the party and had a fight with Jeffrey about the virus? Because as it turns out, again, Jeffrey was no longer the one with the long yellow hair boarding the plane since he got caught by the police for releasing the animals and locking up his father.
The second time the virus happened was no longer caused by the 12 monkeys (Jeffrey) since the 12 monkeys was just all about animal rights. I want to know at what point or what they did that changed the timeline where the carrier is now a different person. It was just not very clear to me.
