I was watching this video showing the future war scenes from Terminator: Dark Fate, and there were a couple interesting details to me.
When the troop transport is flying through the city to go to the Legion bunker, there are these tall black pillars in the city, with red lines going along them. They are seemingly tall enough to go through the clouds. Anyway, this is an example of interesting worldbuilding architecture, and I guess the viewer is just left to guess for what purpose Legion built them.
Also, I like how the troop transport moves with its thruster legs. I wonder if they built and modeled an actual vehicle in simulation--does anyone know if they would do that sort of thing in Hollywood?
Finally, I like how when the troop transport's gun is shooting at the Legion drop pods, it doesn't miss. A nice detail showing automated weaponry (I assume) in the future, instead of just blindly firing into a crowd of hostiles.
Has anyone else seen any future details in the movie that they thought were interesting?
