Cant think of the movie, a scene where a serial killer or mysterious person needs to be identified and a victim is brought into a car whereby they break down crying and say yes this is the man who tried to kill me or along them lines. Nothing else to go apart from this and that the victim is male and in the scene it is heavily raining and he takes a hood down? Is this possibility mindhunter or from a fincher film.
