In this website about Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill main character Beatrix Kiddo aka The Bride, there's some background info about her parents' names (Marc and Michelle Kiddo), her german origin/heritage, among other details that aren't mentioned in either Vol.1 or 2. Are they part of Tarantino's novel, some Easter egg in the movies or just pure fan speculation? Thank you for your help
