Why is it so common to see "Batman is a fascist" takes, while the MCU, permeated by heroes who are allowed to kill without ever answering for it and who are all connected to a global paramilitary organization has somehow managed to avoid those opinions?

Batman is a fascist because he beats up people. I'm not sure how "beating up people" is inhenritly connected to fascism, but the hot take has taken off like none else. Every week some Reddit or Twitter user will say it and earn 10 thousand likes for such thought-provoking opinion.

What confuses me is how all the MCU characters managed to avoid those hot takes, even though they all "beat people up" as much as Batman and THEN do even more things:

1 - All MCU characters are killers. None of them has ever answered to anyone for their killings. They are much free to kill than any police officer in America (meanwhile, the fascist Batman doesn't even kill).

2 - All of them are either connected to the US military or to some billionaire. Duo to those connections, all of them are so financially safe that they don't even need to have jobs other than being super powerful cops.

3 - They make use of mass surveillance ("Winter Soldier", "Age of Ultron") and drone strikes ("Homecoming") in their peacekeeping efforts.

4 - SHIELD somehow has the authority to launch a nuke at NYC. The POTUS doesn't seem to have as much authority as SHIELD directors.

5 - Despite their enormous power over the USA, SHIELD and the Avengers can also just send their agents to any country, no questions asked. Matters of sovereignty doesn't seem to be a problem.

In light of all of this, how is it that "[MCU character] is a fascist" never became a thing? How come Batman stopping Bane from exploding Gotham causes more screams of "FASCIST!1!" then Iron Man flying to the mid east to kill some terrorists?
