Before everyone jumps down my throat for trapping him inside he’s wayyyyy too friendly to survive outside. One time my friend brought her rat over to see what he’d do and my cat rolled over and let this rat crawl all over him. He has absolutely no survival skills and I live in an area with a lot of coyotes, raccoons, possums, etc that would easily pick him off. I’ve also tried a harness to take him on walks but he refuses to move in it? It’s like he’s immobilized. So my only option is to deter him from going outside. We’re in the process of moving and he keeps getting out whenever anyone opens a door. I don’t want him to get hurt! Please help!
