Given my landlord a months notice but she is saying there was a verbal agreement that I had to give 3 months notice don't have a contract just pay monthly so this isn't in writing ive already given a deposit for my new place so staying the 3 months is not an option worried she will refuse me my deposit when I leave can she legally do that. (3 other people in my house share leaving in January as that's when they have somewhere to go I decided to sort mine early as I have no where to go and I see somewhere that was perfect and went for it)
