So I had someone harassing me from a # I didn’t know. I used spokeo and it gave me a first and last name, and address. The issue I’m having is it says it was a “landline” through the carrier onvoy, which I assume to be a text app #. If it were a text app # why would I get a name and address? How did a name and address get linked to a text app #? I really need help with this and thank you so much in advance for any advice!
