A majority of the justice system exists because human beings can’t tell the truth and we spend millions of tax payer $ to try and get them to tell the truth.

Just like parents or teachers talk to children and tell them “just tell me the truth”. But only when you’re an adult, and refuse to tell the truth (when committing a crime) it costs $ and dozens of people who’s only job is to try and get you to tell the truth.
