‘Establishment’ isn’t always bad. It’s the end-result of trial and error.

We are living in an era where transformative change and revolution is praiseworthy, oftentimes due to displaced emotional resentment of ‘the system’ from dissatisfaction of certain aspects.

As a result, these days, there’s a tendency for people to eschew establishment thinking, and the ‘experts’. But it’s not always bad. It’s a conclusion that has been arrived at, after people do the heavy lifting of trial and error to reach a consensus based on collective observations. Often times these days, we have people who are lesser equipped trying to come in and reinvent the wheel for the sake of rehashing ideas that have long been settled through first-hand experience.
