If due to some congenital disease person sees green as brown and brown as green ,leaves on trees will still remain green for him and trunk of tree will still remain brown for him.

This is ascribed to fact that colors do not inherently have name they are assigned to them

other scenario

if person sees blue as red ,water will still be blue even though it looks red to him because he is taught water is blue and I guess there is no way person would find this unless he gets to see his retinal depolarization scans
