Back when I was in high school (mid 2000s) having an apple product was a luxury. When the iTouch and iPhone came out, it definitely felt special to own one. Even when I went to college in the early 2010s, it still carried that feeling of "prestige" when you had a iPhone. It doesn't feel that way anymore. I don't if it's due to becoming mainstream where most people own one or that Android phones are around the same price competitively.
Does anyone else feel this way about Apple products and specifically iPhone?
