Trying to mate in a massive rainforest with thousands of species when you're an insect or small animal must be insane. Meanwhile we just go "Oh look, human"

And on top of that you can get lost, eaten, whatever. If you're a tiny animal, chances are you can't cover great distances, you have countless leaves, branches and shit to look through to find that one sexy beetle hiding underneath a random ass leaf that HAS to match the same species you are lmao. Can't imagine how tough that is.
