Hagrid said, "There wasn't a single witch or wizard who went bad who wasn't in Slytherin". Being a Harry Potter wizard police would be super easy. Only 1/4th of the population needs to be watched.

AND you already know which people make up that 25%!

Edit: I've been reminded there were other schools in other countries, so I should say, "being a wizard cop in the UK would be easy."
