Windy City Heat is honestly one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. In essence, two comedians(Don Barris and Tony Barbieri) convince their obnoxious friend Perry that he is the star of a nonexistent hard boiled detective story called Windy City Heat. With the help of celebrities like Bobcat Goldthwait, Jimmy Kimmel, William "The Refrigerator" Perry, and others,Barris and Barbieri elaborately prank Perry into believing he is a Hollywood star, all while continuing to prank him to no end on the "set" of the film.
