All 10 million dollars? The additional 9 million dollars he/she gained? The original 1 million dollars he/she inherited? Nothing, because the original million dollars wasn't born out of his/her own effort, so any subsequent gain doesn't belong to him/her either? Some other answer apart from the 4 above?
