I know it seems an odd request, but I've always loved this story and its many retellings. But the only ones I know of are set during Christmas and after losing someone very close to me, I haven't been able to enjoy Christmas at all, so I pretty much avoid it as well as I can, and with that I definitely do not watching any Christmas movies.
So I'm wondering, is there anything that tells the same story at a different time of year? or anything remotely similar?
