HELP: What's the name of that one movie...

I swear that I saw it once on TV, but the more time that passes I'm starting to think it was a figment of my imagination. Like that Simbad Shazaam film...

Here's what I remember: The plot focused on a kid/teenage who was determined to win the grandprize of a McDonald's Monopoly-esque game. You know, where you buy a product and get some tickets with each purchase, and the if you collect a certain number/color of tickets you win a prize...

So the protagonist had all the tickets but the last one, and he basically finds a guy who had the one ticket he's missing, and they arrange some sort of transaction. The kid gets the ticket, but when he turns them in to collect the prize, the corporation running the game calls him in for an interview. They basically tell him that the game is rigged -- that there is no final ticket, so the one he has must be counterfeit. And then they push him out the window and try to kill him, because they can't have everybody knowing they rig this game.

He ends up surviving, and basically walks away with this information the game was a scam, but also unable to do anything to rectify the situation. Like, nobody would believe him, or something. He just kind of has to learn to live with himself... That's how the movie ends.

Am I crazy?? Has anybody ever heard of this? I can see certain parts so visually in my head...
