SO, I remember watching this when I was really little in the late 90's/early 2000's. And I want to say it was a superhero movie of sorts, I always associate Mr. Freeze and Superman with it but that doesn't seem right.
The one scene I recall was the main bad guy trying to steal the life force of the protagonists gf/love interest to bring his dead wife back to life. He's raising his wife up on some sort of wooden platform and shes lying there. While the life force of the love interest, who's knocked out in a tomb/platform below the wife is being sucked upwards like sand. Good guy stops it barely before the love interest is dead and kicks the bad guy's ass.
That's all I remember, I have to be crazy. I don't remember anything else and my dad says he has no idea what I'm talking about.
