Heyo, first time poster, don't be harsh :) I'm (29F) facing a crisis of working in a huge fmcg company, and as young marketing professional, I cannot make up with the fact that people in corporations are just resource, which need to deliver results, and you cannot be heard for any improvement you propose or try to implement, no matter if it's related to business itself or organizational structure ( to make processes easier and faster e.g.). Have you had experience with this and do you have idea how to set your life so these things do not bother or disappoint you? Do you have an example of good people manager who was focused both on business performance but also people satisfaction for work? Happy to hear your thoughts!
