I'm asking this due to I don't trust the cheap and or value companies that make eye glasses. My insurance covers for "Vision Works", and honestly they're pretty low quality. I've checked out other places and it seems plastic lenses are the norm when it comes to glasses. Also Vision Works had to re-do my prescription several times on the glasses where they at one point told me it was just me. I've worn glasses for years and had them in the military. But Vision Works couldn't get one pair right. Even though the Air Force got my lenses right the first time.
I at this point rather spend some bucks on a quality pair of glasses that don't look cheap, and actually have quality lenses and preferred glass and not plastic.
