I'll keep it as short as possible. I was home watching a horror show, and I decided that I was getting a bit cold. I knew I had two quilts upstairs because I was playing Minecraft the previous night and using two quilts. Before I got the quilt I decided to go ahead and relieve myself since I just had a lot of liquids. After I was done I ran upstairs to grab one of the quilts but the weird thing is that there was only one quilt instead of two. I thought maybe it was in the next room so I checked and it wasn't. I gave up and grab the one quilt I found and ran downstairs thinking my husband probably put it in the washer. As I ran downstairs I stopped and saw that the quilt was on the couch right next to where I was laying. I knew it wasn't there because I looked at the couch first to make sure I didn't bring it downstairs. So at some point I must have ran upstairs and grab the quilt right before I went to the bathroom but for the life of me I cannot recall anything! I know there's a perfectly good explanation for this but it was still a pretty scary moment for me as I do not lose time like this. And it was only about 5 minutes or less that I was missing.
I know this happens to a lot of people when they drive to work and their mind just goes on autopilot. But it freaked me out a little bit since it's dark in the room and I'm watching a horror show.
Has this happened to you and if so what's the scariest moment you've had? How much time went missing and do you have any clue what happened during that time?
