What's up with my coworker?

About one week ago, I started training for a job in a nice restaurant. A more experienced worker trained me for about 3 out of the 5 days that I was scheduled to train. During the process, she gave off a VERY chill, nice vibe. This past Saturday, the restaurant experienced a rush. Things were crazy. I was working diligently and didn't mess anything up (keep in mind that I'm new to the job, so perhaps I wasn't working as rapidly as the restaurant veterans were. Nevertheless, I was staying on top of things as best as I could). Throughout the night, the worker who had trained me was treating me with IMMENSE disrespect. She snatched items from my hands, demanded things of me in a rude way, rolled her eyes at me, sighed loudly, and made snippy, harsh remarks at me when I asked basic questions. I WOULD give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that she was having a stressful night, but when I went into work the next morning, she was still being a complete bitch toward me. Didn't bother to greet me when I arrived and didn't speak to me even once during our shifts. When we had first met several days ago, we followed one another on social media. Today, she randomly unfollowed me. I shot her a text message earlier asking what was up and telling her that if she didn't respond to my message, I was going to confront her in person the next time that I saw her (should be within the next few days). I'm completely dumbfounded as to where this sudden anger is stemming from. My parents are telling me that she is jealous of me, but I literally haven't done anything to make her feel jealousy toward me (unless my existence/polite behavior toward our customers is what is fueling her hatred). I'm confused and my feelings are hurt because just days ago we were laughing with one another and cracking jokes. This post was more so for me to let off some steam, but does anyone have any ideas on why she might be so angry with me all of a sudden? How would you personally deal with such a rude coworker in a situation like this?
