Sigourney weaver is a knock out and mel gibson is a dreamboat. I wish they did more movies together. They had good chemistry. Peter weir knows how to create masterpieces. The soundtrack really set the mood. Surprised it wasn't nominated for best picture and director. Linda hunt deserved her win. Her character was amazing. These countries struggle to survive and it is heartbreaking. They die from starvation and preventable diseases. Any other movies like it?
