I’m 20 years old traveling back into the US by land from a 3 day trip in Vancouver. My driver is 21 years old. I’m wondering if we can bring back alcohol if my driver claims it is his. It is really mine (a gift for my family), but I’ve read that it’s illegal for people under 21 to bring alcohol back even as a gift. I haven’t been able to find anything saying that all vehicle occupants have to be over 21. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this!
