I purchased a 3 piece turtle chocolate bar thing from a vending machine, but it had 2 turtles in it, do I call Nestle?

Should I call Nestle and complain about only getting 2 turtles? I was pretty upset, but what are they going to do about it? I want my third turtle but I'm unsure if complaining to Nestle will help in any way. What should I do?
