My apartment complex refuses to give packages to the mail carriers such as UPS, USPS, Fedex, etc. And on top of that they also refuse to fax even though they have a fax machine that I have used before! I think it's absurd that they don't offer these, so I'm stuck with having to drive to the post office or school for any of my needs regarding this. The last apartment I lived at did it. They don't want to be liable for the packages being lost anymore, which is odd because they keep raising the apartment rates tremendously and taking away more and more resident features. I move out in December after I graduate from college so I shouldn't complain too much, but still.
