So I watched this movie as a kid and it's been haunting me ever since - the characters seemed to be drug addicts or possibly vampires/gothic or whatever. The final scene shows the main character - a guy in his 20s with long black hair standing on a clifftop. And he says something like "here I am, at the edge of the world, on a clifftop in Romania". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
