Been a little - we'll say bummed out - lately. Havent had much of an appetite at all, I probably average less than 1000 calories a day in general but I haven't eaten since Thursday night. Can't stomach it. I have been working out though, so I get exercise. When I'm hungry, I just sleep instead. In the last two months I've lost about 17 lbs. For reference I'm a female, 5'2", at 100lbs today. people keep mentioning the rapid weight loss, but I actually think 100 lbs at 5'2" seems okay, as long as I'm not under like 90lbs.. I'm trying to gain some but when I eat I just feel like I'll throw it all up. What do you think, does 100lbs at 5'2" sound right?
