I don't remember much about the game but I remember it was on Gamecube and you play as 2 characters one as a cop (I think) with long hair with glasses and a orange shirt. The other character has mind control powers able to lift stuff up and he's bald, shirtless, has some wounds in his chest and wakes up in a hospital surrounded by S.W.A.T looking enemies that's all I can remember from gameplay and that was the first level. Another thing I remember is the main menu has the mind controlling character trying to gain access to a computer repeatedly but keeps failing on each attempt in a dark room. That's all I can remember from the game since I got scared of the game as a kid
