I’ve been watching Live PD on A&E and the cops have pulled over a few different vehicles, and the drivers are giving the dumbest excuses as to why they don’t need to hand over their license. One said that they were a traveller and didn’t need a license to drive, another said he wasn’t getting getting paid for driving the passenger so he wasn’t operating a motor vehicle and pulled out a weird license plate that the cop had never seen. WTF?
