Hello my stranger friends.
First off I suck at research. That being said I need advice. Me and my sister in law are going to be getting my husband a new kitchen knife set for christmas. He's been saying the one that we have is old and cheap. I agree with him.
He's the researcher in our relationship but because this present is for him I can't ask him. "Hey hunny can you do research on your own present?" Lol.
Anyways we are going to go half on it. She says she can put in $100 so our budget is going to be about $200 I am willing to put in more if it's the right one. I need to know what to look for in a good quality knife set and where to go. Someone told me not to get anything made in China.
I do know he wants a set that can hold an edge for a long time and he says that no matter what kind we get it cant go in the dishwasher. They need to be hand washed.
If you know what qualities I need to look for please let me know. If you know a specific brand that you liked that would be cool too.
