Just finished watching this and got an idea to add mknight twist to it.
Ok so the movie plays out the same with few scene changes.
When she gives birth she passes out and wakes up to two crying babies and she doesnt know which one is hers. The girls appearance would need to change so it looks more like her.
On the boat where she decides who looks she decides the boy looks because shes convinced the girl is hers, he dies.
At the sanctuary she meets her doctor where she ask where her son is because the doctor knew the sex of the baby, she collapses.
Fade back to hospital where people are panicking and shes on the bed still pregnant in hospital gown. Zoom in on her eye to show the infection.
