Wondering if anyone knows the name of this awfully scary movie that was released in the past two years? Synopsis: creepy guy gets out of jail and comes to live with a husband and wife and their daughter. The wife finds out a horrible secret about her husband, that he was an accomplice to a murder and let his friend take the fall. Creepy guy gets a terrible revenge on the family by viciously attacking the daughter. Sound familiar?
