What’re some ways to deal with issues when talking to people is harder for you?!
Compile of mental health issues along with a feeling of lack of relevance has me at a real low, just had plans with 4 different groups to have them all forgotten about or bailed on which sucked given they’re birthday plans but shit happens. Thanks!
