I tried r/tipofmytongue with no luck. It has been a while so forgive me if I forget some details or give wrong info. in this movie the guy ends up getting bedridden (maybe broken legs) and some woman takes him in to take care of him. he looks like her son and she ends up thinking he is her son that came back from the dead. when he tries to explain to her that he is not what she thinks she ends up punishing him in weird ways to get him to admit he is her son. I think at one point he agrees so she will stop torturing him.(This is where my memory gets iffy) At the end of the movie I think he is in a wheelchair and tries to escape with his girlfriend and ends up getting hit by a car (and possibly dying) I also remember the woman watching these DVDs that helped her cope with her son's loss. It may be a B-rated movie but I'm honestly not sure.
