The Losers(2010): What are your opinion about the movie?

I recently re-watched The Losers, and to my surprise I sort of liked it even now. I liked it back then as well. I'm not sure why the movie is rated 6.4 in IMDB, to me it's a good entertainer and a 6.8'ish kinda movie. What are your thoughts if you've managed to watch this movie.

Note: I suggested this movie to my friend, and he bluntly refused as it wasn't highly rated. Just curious if this movie is really bad. Your thoughts please!
