I watched it a pretty long time ago and have been curious ever since, here it is:
The movie starts with the main protagonist and her coworker at a subway car, it's night and they're apparently going home from work (note: there's only them in there). They're chatting, until the guy asks if she wants to have sex, which she refuses, then he tries rape her, but something (the "villain") pulls him out of the car. The woman, frightned, gets out of there and starts looking for help around the subway station. She finds a couple of homeless people and, after some dialogue, convinces the guy of the couple to come with her. They find her coworker crawling by the rails, severely harmed, moments before death.
This is just the beginning, but I think and hope it's enough for you guys to tell what movie it is.
