I just randomly though about this Sniper movie saw a while back and there are so many of them, i just remember that a scene with a sniper wanting to kill another guy but doesnt know his bullet in his mag was tampered with and it blew up straight in his face. It has to do with custom built snipers and some absurt looking bullets. If it rings any bells let me know, i would like to watch that movie again.
