How to get rid of bloating?

I get that it’s normal to be a little bloated after eating but even after I don’t eat much I still find myself bloated. Even in the mornings I look like I just ate something. I tried everything I could like lemon water, green tea, and peppermint tea. I’ve looked up ways on debloating so many times but they barely work for me. What do?
